Chase

My baby is starting kindergarten! Now that Chase is
5, he's definitely ready to go to school with the big
kids. He's also swims on a year-round basis with
Grayson and his coach mentioned he is the "most
improved" this year. He played on a farm league
T-ball team with his best friend, Conner and is
looking forward to starting soccer in the fall. I think
he is definitely going to be our little athlete. I've
asked him to be a professional beach volleyball
player when he grows up. He has agreed.  He's
quite the charmer and is constantly falling "in love".
Oh, how I dread the high school years!

Lindsey

If they would have told me it was this difficult being
the mother of a daughter, I'm not sure I would have
gone through with it. Compared to our boys, she is a
torment. However, she has this knack for being able
to smile at you and those little dimples just melt your
heart. For example, just after the new year, Lindsey
decided she wanted to cut her hair. The end result -
the nice little pixie cut you see here. Hanifa was heart
broken - the curls were gone. Luckily it has started
growing back and the curls are still there!

And here we are again. The school year is over and
Grayson is getting ready to start 3rd grade. His main
interests include skateboarding, swimming, surfing,
ice skating,  traveling and researching the unknown
on the internet. He's confident that if he reads it - he
will be able to accomplish it. He swims year-round
for the Arizona Country Club swim team and his
coach is nationally ranked. This is one activity
Hanifa will not let our kids quit. If they want cars, they
have to swim!
